RF Engineer

Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the simulation and design of microwave products, RF optical transceivers, etc.;
2. Responsible for product design, development, debugging and prototype trial production, and solving technical problems in product development and production;
3. Assist in completing the prototype conversion work;
4. Debug R&D samples and provide technical support to customers;
5. Preparation and filing of technical documents for related products;
6. Execute the requirements of quality management system documents;
7. Other collaborative work.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electromagnetic field and microwave, electromagnetic field and wireless technology;
2. Experience in R&D of products such as RF amplification, filtering, RF switch matrix, microwave RF converter, RF power divider, RF optical transceiver, etc.;
3. Solid basic knowledge, proficient in circuit principles, basic theories and design methods of high-frequency electronic circuits;
4. Proficient in using related software HFSS/ADS, and able to model and obtain parameters proficiently;
5. Proficient in using instruments such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, etc.;
6. Familiar with micro-assembly related processes;
7. Able to read English materials independently and have a certain ability to find technical materials;
8. Clear thinking, strong sense of responsibility, result-oriented, good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
