Financial Manager

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for improving the financial management system and the financial accounting system and financial monitoring system that conform to the actual situation of the company, and conducting effective internal financial control and corporate evaluation;
2. Responsible for the financial affairs of the company's listing and making effective suggestions for the company's listing;
3. Preside over the formulation of the company's financial strategic plan; organize financial investment and financing, budgeting, accounting and supervision, analysis and other management work;
4. Improve and improve the company's financial system, coordinate the company's daily financial management work such as funds, taxation, budgeting, accounting and internal control, and ensure its efficient operation;
5. Formulate medium- and long-term financial plans and analyze the implementation of financial plans; preside over the preparation of the company's annual budget and effectively supervise and inspect the implementation and adjustment of the budget.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in finance, finance, economics and other related majors, intermediate or above professional title;
2. Proficient in using the latest corporate accounting standards for accounting processing, especially good at accounting processing for technology-based enterprises;
3. Familiar with financial planning, and priority is given to those who are familiar with the company's full-process financial system before, during and after listing;
4. More than ten years of experience in corporate financial management, more than five years of experience as a financial manager;
5. Have keen business insight and data sense, strong strategic management, financial analysis, evaluation, identification and internal audit capabilities;
6. Familiar with relevant financial laws and regulations, familiar with various relevant national financial, tax, auditing laws and regulations and policies; have comprehensive accounting professional theoretical knowledge and practical experience;
7. Possess modern enterprise management knowledge, and have strong practical experience in enterprise management systems, processes, forms, budget management, and the implementation of option incentives.
