This product is a single-channel totem pole output type photocoupler consisting of an infrared light-emitting diode and a photosensitive processing chip, packaged in DIP8 ceramic tube shell. The operating temperature is -55℃～+100℃, meeting the application requirements of high reliability and environmental adaptability.
