Description

This product is a four-channel open collector output type photocoupler consisting of four infrared light-emitting diodes and four photosensitive processing chips, packaged in SOP16 ceramic tube shell. The operating temperature is -55℃～+100℃, meeting the application requirements of high reliability and environmental adaptability.
