Description

This product is a single-channel voltage output linear optocoupler composed of an infrared light-emitting diode, a triode, two photosensitive transistors and two operational amplifier chips, packaged in SOP14 ceramic tube shell. The transfer coefficient is 0.5, and the operating temperature is -55℃～+100℃, meeting the application requirements of high reliability and environmental adaptability.
