Description

This product is two sets of two-way normal open MOS solid relays consisting of two infrared light-emitting diodes, two photovoltaic chips, and four MOS tubes, packaged in DIP8 ceramic tube shell. The maximum output voltage is 55V, the rated output current is 1.5A, and the operating temperature is -55℃～+105℃, meeting the application requirements of high reliability and environmental adaptability.
