Description

This product is one set of one/two-way normal open MOS solid relay consisting of two infrared light emitting diodes, two photovoltaic chips, and two MOS tubes, packaged in SOP8 ceramic tube shell. The maximum output voltage is 85V, the rated output current is 1.6/0.8A, and the operating temperature is -55℃～+105℃, meeting the application requirements of high reliability and environmental adaptability.
